At Country Customs, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:

Custom Products

  • All custom products, including DTF Transfers, UV DTF Transfers, gang sheets, custom T-shirts, hoodies, trucker hats, and vinyl stickers, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.

  • Required Steps:
    1. Email us at mycountrycustoms@gmail.com with your order number.
    2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
    3. Include a description of the issue.

Order Errors

If we make an error in your order (e.g., incorrect design, size, or product), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, if you experience an issue, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or washed items.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Orders that are not reported as defective or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.
